Vtund.com's performance parts are designed for off-road use only. Vtund.com does not endorse the modification of vehicles for use in public highways, since government regulations may be violated. Please check with your state regulations. As an express condition of the sale of any performance part, you agree to use the performance parts for the modification of vehicles for off-road use only. In the event such performance parts prove to be defective following their purchase and installation, you, not Vtund.com, assume the entire costs of any necessary servicing, repair, or replacement. Vtund.com will not be responsible for any direct or indirect, actual or incidental expenses attributable to use of any performance parts, or to delay and inconvenience caused by the necessity of repairing or replacing performance parts. Performance parts are to be installed by a professional automotive body shop for best fitment. Vtund.com is not responsible for any performance parts that have been damaged due to modification or improper use or installation. Returns: No returns accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or credit on order items shall be allowed. I have acknowledge the receipt of all ordered parts and/ or my vehicle in satisfactory condition.
